Frequently asked questions

Can we download our invitation as a video?

Yes — on every plan. Once your invitation is live, tap "Video & card image" and PixerInvite makes a 20–30 second vertical video of it: the design's opening, your card with your names and photo, every function, and an end card with your link and a QR code, set to your music. It saves to Photos on an iPhone and to Gallery on Android, ready for WhatsApp and Instagram Stories. You can also save your card on its own as an image (PNG). Guests still RSVP on your invitation link, and if you change anything, just make the video again.

Do our guests need to install an app?

No. Guests open one link — by text, email or WhatsApp — and the invitation plays right in their browser. They can RSVP without signing in.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. Choose a theme, fill in your details and preview the whole invitation for free. You only pay when you're ready to share it with guests.

Can we change details after sharing?

Yes. Venues, times, photos and other details can be edited anytime, and you can add events or switch to another design your plan includes. Guests always see the latest version on the same link. To keep one invite to one wedding, after paying the names can be corrected once within 24 hours, dates can be rescheduled once, and editing closes the day after your last event.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes — any time before your wedding. Move from Classic to Premium or Premium to Luxe and pay only the difference; your guests see the new features on the same link straight away. Upgrades are final, so a plan can't be moved down.

What if we change our mind after paying?

You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying, as long as no guest has RSVP'd yet. Just email admin@nexrtechnologies.com. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you have designs for every culture?

Yes. Alongside our classic and modern designs there's an Indian and South Asian collection and fusion designs — and every design works for every couple, with the events, blessing and language that suit yours.

How do RSVPs work?

Guests tap RSVP, say who's coming and any dietary needs. You see every reply in one private list, with totals and a CSV download, and can message any guest in one tap.

What's the difference between Classic, Premium and Luxe?

They're plans — what your guests get, on any design. Premium adds a grander opening (a shower of your theme's flowers), scratch-to-reveal (guests scratch gold foil to uncover your date) and a portrait of each of you — and you can use every Luxe design on it. Luxe adds a longer cinematic scene with royal curtains and a living, shimmering card, your theme's extras (like peacock feathers or sky lanterns), a wishes wall, RSVPs per function, your own welcome video or voice note, your initials engraved on the seal, fireworks on your wedding day, a photo gallery and your own invite link. Every plan includes your couple photo and background music. Everything else — RSVPs, all your functions, languages, sharing — is in every plan.

Design or plan — what's the difference?

The design is the look — the artwork, colours and opening. The plan is what your guests get. Most designs can be used on more than one plan: a Luxe design on Premium has the Luxe artwork with Premium's features, and you can upgrade to Luxe any time, paying only the difference. Signature designs — our most cinematic ones — come with Luxe.

How do we pay?

A single one-time payment through Stripe — by UPI (in India), debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You're charged in your own currency (₹ in India, C$ in Canada, £ in the UK, € in the Eurozone, A$ in Australia, US$ everywhere else); there's no subscription. In India, UPI is quickest — pay with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Paying with an Indian card? Make sure international / online payments are switched on in your bank app first.

Is Pixer Invite the same as PixerInvite?

Yes — Pixer Invite and PixerInvite are the same: P-I-X-E-R, then Invite, at pixerinvite.com. Pixer Invite is our name (Pixer, not Pixel), we're an independent company (NEXRTECHNOLOGIES LTD.), and pixerinvite.com is our only website.
